Where to get custom decals printed?

Are there any good sites to have some custom decals printed? Almost all of the places that I've found have minimum orders of 50+ sheets . I have a black Kilo Deluxe frame that I'd like to add some stuff to.

I can cut custom vinyl stickers...not quite as permanent but they look just as nice.

Cool. Roughly how much would a 8.5 x 11 sheet of various white stickers cost shipped to Toronto, Ontario, Canada?

Victory Circle Graphics has made some decals for me that I used under clear powdercoating. The prices weren't bad . https://www.vcgraphix.com/

Decals can be used *under* powdercoating???
I would have thought the heat would destroy them.

He has some material that stands up to the heat, I've taken his decals up to about 400 deg. F, where I think they began to discolor slightly, it was hard to tell. 375-385 for 15 minutes or so was no problem, that's the temp at which most of my powders need to be cured.
