Second the Redline 925.

I've got some 35c tires on it with the fenders but it is a tight fit and requires some messing around with your chain length. If you over inflate the tires, they rub. 32c's would fit comfortably.

Also if you get some straps that don't use clips like Holdfasts, you buy yourself a bit of extra toe overlap clearance. I used to hit my front wheel occasionally but with the Holdfasts and no clips, this disappeared.
