Kilo TT to Felt TK-3 Sizing

Just came up on a good deal for a Felt TK-3.

I currently have a 55cm Kilo TT and it's a bit too big (The top tube barely clears my manhood). My inseam is around 31.5 inches. Would the 56cm Felt TK-3 be a good bet? The website says the standover is 785mm... would that work?

With two quick searched i found that the size 55 Kilo has a stand over of 812.8mm. Now armed with that information that any reasonable person should be able to get on their own, I would assume that you could figure it out. But since you created a post about it, rather than figuring it out on your own I will lay this all out very simple for you.

The standover on the TK-3 is a little more than 1 inch lower than on your kilo. Or this much:

i saw this on cl. the guy that was selling it is a bf member. you should be fine, btw. 55 kilos fit like 57s and if its a tad big then the 56 should be fine. also, dont base standover to fit, rather tt length.
