Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

The medium seems ridiculously hard. Just saying.

It's pretty easy if you know where a slippery bike sign is. I know of one dunno if I can be bothered to head down that way and skid by it anytime soon, though.

Matching the skidmarks on the sign would be tough, though!

I would vote to recreate the list. I love this thread, but since no one is doing the 3 options, they must be too difficult

Just remembered my only running single-speed has no rear brake so I can't skid in front of the slippery bike sign at least not on a SSFG.

Go for it -- I would vote to amend the basic rules such that any challenge not met in 60(?) days automatically times out and can be replaced. I think they're all older than that now.

60 days is a long time...

I think having a shorter time period between challenge replacement (e.g. 30 days, two weeks?) would help to keep this thread moving.

I think 2 weeks is a fair time. I put my vote in to amend that rule.

Works for me -- I chose 60 days because it made everything time out. 2 weeks does that, too. Post me a list! No one should object that an otherwise dead thread is being jacked.
