Well, I couldnt afford a whole lot either so I found his on Craigslist for $50... It started out like this...


It was a little crazy for me, so I murdered it out. I like how everything came out...

I am relatively certain you are making fun of me... but either way, thanks for checking it out... It was a Christmas gift for my 3 (now 4) year old and he loves it. Then again, he would have loved it if it was a mismatched neon beater... The things we do for our kids! Ha...

Nonononono totally not making fun of you! I honestly dig it, and plan on doing something similar when mini-me is old enough to ride on his own. Also I think i'm past the age of making fun of people on the internets.

Ha, well thanks! It was a fair amount of work stripping, painting, etc, but I am pleased with the outcome... It was a lot of fun, and now I want to do my own build... Never ending...

Ok back to bikes. Just for derailing the thread i'm throwing up my whip (Scattante SSR, former brakeless tarck machine now sensible knee-friendly SS). Photo is from last summer but it hasn't changed since. Flame on!
