I prefer the 725 myself, bought that bike off of my sisters fiancé. Did a couple things here and there.
|
I agree, that's the first 727 I've actually not been repulsed with. Nice!
|
Great job on the 727 it looks great.

The supertype looks perfect. |
Updated picture with the new saddle and seatpost. The shark is kinda cheesy but its right across from my place and I couldn't resist :p

It's basically all Miche. Wheels, hubs, seatpost, chain, chainring, cog, and bb.

Clean bike Bighec.

Got this back from the paint shop last week but believe it or not, I've been more concerned with riding it than taking pictures.
I snapped a couple of quick ones with my phone on today's ride: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...BF/silver1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...BF/silver2.jpg Metallic silver > murdered-out. |
I liked murdered out more. :)

I love it.
What up with dat bar angle? |
Those Deda Lowriders are actually meant to be angled down just a bit due to the way the tops and bends are flattened at an angle (you can kinds see it in the pic). If you rode with them, you'd definitely see why. When they're level, it puts your wrists in a weird, unnatural position when riding on the tops.
Also, I tried running them level for a bit and climbing when out of the saddle is much better with them tipped forward. |
looks great scrod. are you gonna throw some leader stickers on it? i think it would look great with a little branding on it.
|
I've got a nice black & chrome headbadge (like the ones on the V2) but I think that's all she'll get.

Turned out real nice... definitely makes the smoother welds look a lot better! How long did it take?

some people have said its just bondo on the welds, I was hoping you might be able to disprove that with having had it repainted...

Scrod, are you putting the 725 up on PedalRoom anytime soon?
