1930s or 40s American frame. $50.00
Frame would make a great single speed project. Rear triangle fits a 700c wheel. Frame size is 23-1/2" from center to top
I'm not sure of the brand. The badge is gone. There is no fork. But, you can buy a replacement 27" chrome from most bike shops. Located about 2 miles from Dinkytown.

Yum one piece crank goodness. I'll say pass as it must weigh a ton... and you can find a decent frame new for around 100. Hmm its a shame somebody didn't melt down that frame for the war effort....
