anyone have a set of these? Worth they worth what you paid, and how much was that? How much should i worry about pedal strike with them?

They can be had from Business Cycles here.
$95 a pair, quite steep for a set of clip pedals. They have a very small platform and tend to be rather uncomfortable with non cycling-specific footwear. I.e., pinches, etc.
I have a set of Dura-Ace 7400 clips and like them a lot better than the RX-1's my friend has. The Royal Nuevo may be a nice direction to go, due the slightly larger size.
If you are using these for track only, then the RX would be a good option. Pedals are like seats though, personal preference rules.

cool. buy me some. I don't have $100 for pedals. My $18 Ofmega rebuilds from eBay are just fine. Add in $5 for toeclips, and $40 for the double sprint straps = $63 and I don't have to wear Star Wars shoes to ride these.

I have these pedals - caveat: don't flame me for being a money-wasting sellout, I was given them by my dad who had them around from before his conversion to the clipless darkside.
Not exactly sure what to say about them... they're super as you might expect, since they're worth as much as the rest of my bike combined. Very smooth bearings, super light, ride great. The platform is smaller than any other pedals I've ever seen.
I'd say from my experience riding a friend's bike with shimano 600 pedals that the difference isn't worth that much money though.
