Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

+2. These are working very well on my bike and would've cost a fortune anywhere else.

definite +1 on the retrogresion straps. I bought them as my first strap setup, really easy to adjust and slip into once you get the hang of ridding with straps. Easier to stop/skid too

Retrogression has the same straps as wabi/exustar.

If you want to run track pedals I'd get those. I just don't want to run platform pedals on my bike, too wide.

Exorbitant prices be damned.
Oh ! Those look awesome, you also have super-cheap shipping to the UK. 9 bucks is a steal for shipping ! The favourable exchange rate also makes this a pretty darn good deal for me too.

As soon as I have some spare cash i'll try a pair of these. Holdfasts price and shipping put me right off.

Do you mind if I trouble you with a question about the product though ? From the photo it looks like they do, but do you know if they would fit old school rat-trap style pedals please ?

I'm not sure that would be the best setup but if you can send a pic of your pedals to info@retro-gression.com I'll at least let you know if you'll be able to install them.

I got these about a month ago and they work well. Plus, you gotta love the name.. Tramp straps!
