definite +1 on the retrogresion straps. I bought them as my first strap setup, really easy to adjust and slip into once you get the hang of ridding with straps. Easier to stop/skid too

As soon as I have some spare cash i'll try a pair of these. Holdfasts price and shipping put me right off.
Do you mind if I trouble you with a question about the product though ? From the photo it looks like they do, but do you know if they would fit old school rat-trap style pedals please ?
