Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? My commute isn't that long. YEs, I added most of that crap, I am sure to some people's chagrin. I guess it is some kind of security blanket thing, I like to feel prepared, and I do! The aero bars are there for planned longer rides.

She still has it, but it's not really my bike, so...

I just happen to own half the parts on it.

Race Face Low Riser or something.

I found them at the co-op for $5 and they matched my Motobecane Track with the pink chainring way back when (lol that was almost exactly a year ago).

Hahahaha. This guy runs a bike shop out of his garage.

"Yo Tim can I come over and borrow some tools?"

"Yea, just don't hurt yourself."

So I pay him with beerz.

well, it was real flexy and eventually the clamp area deformed from whatever stresses I applied with climbing, standing, starting from a stop. Just being a cheap steel bar. I may go for the Nitto in the future
