Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Connor, how much does your Shark weigh? It was by far the lightest bike I've held that night at Trailnet.

It's not that light, is guess 16-18lbs. You never saw the Sworks when I had it built, did you? It was 13.5lbs, shame nothing on it was stiff, fealt...noodly

Here's a slightly better lit, but still crappy pic of the shark. Got both black and silver 1" top caps in the mail, and I'll be getting different tape soon, not really vibing the purple like I thought I would.

Not the awesome green/blue/pink one, just stinky pink...no need to strip it, previous owner already did

I can definitely feel the difference in the ride, alot quicker and so much lighter, but i will admit im a little more careful now not to dent this frame. I got used to the that draft being such a tank
