Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Definitely would ride a GTB or Pulse though. When I bought the FTP I also had a line on a GTB, but it was a little too big. Sad panda again.

Is it pissing in the wind to constantly check craigslist for old GT track frames in my size? I feel like that **** is like a quadricorn here in STL.

edit for relevance: new photo

@illdthedj What straps are those on the purple/white bike? And super sexy errand bike, what frame/fork would that happen to be on the second bike?

thnx! the straps are FUBAR, and the frame on grocery getter is some undetermined model of a Philips 3 speed from the 60s....bought it off craigslist for 10 bucks but guy who sold it was clueless as to what it was besides being a "Phillips" and from the 60s. the fork was also an undetermined unpainted steel fork i bought off ebay for cheapie as well...all i know is it was advertised as "tange"...sorry if that wasn't much help lol

How are the FUBAR? I have them favorited on eBay, but they seem like they make crap products. I don't know why that frame and fork look so damn good to me, but they do!

Swapped my bullhorns onto my Kagero today for a total of about 3 minutes. I think risers ruined me.

Haha thanks. I'm hopefully picking up some MASH bullhorns soon, and I'm hoping that since they don't have any drop that I'll be more comfortable on them.
