Here's the picture..
Apologies for cell phone camera. Seatpost height is a little higher than in the pedalroom photo, and I moved the spacer above the stem, and tilted the bars a little lower.
I still feel a little cramped however, and I realize that my leg should be extended a little more (cranks at 6 o clock)
Tried to highlight the main areas as best as I could with paint

Feedback in regards to fit/setback, etc (saddle is slammed back)

You look fine.

If you want a tad more reach, then grab the bends of your drops.
