Tell me about it,

Today I toyed around on the dmr again, also put the flite back on the 930 and am thinking about getting rid of the turbo, feel more comfortable on the flite. Tomorrow I'm going to brave the wind.

Big weekend of riding this weekend.
Friday, the Muff and I are gonna get our caad climbing on.
Saturday, track, and depending on what time I get home and if legs still work, some trails at Lake Chabot.
Sunday, might do imperial with bros, if legs still work.

Bikes: looks like a specialized crux now

found a crushed chain link, but i have a new chain.

explains why my bike rides funny.

but my freewheel is wobbling to, so my axle may be bent. my bike has had a rough lifespan might be time for a new rear axle and bearings.
or a sexy new set of wheels.

No dice on the Mavic, but I got a free front wheel anyhow. Bontrager. Pretty meh, but lighter than the Rev-X, less prone to going boom, and makes the bike look less 2008 tarck.

you're like 12 or something. you should be able to ride 60+ miles a day for about a month before you feel it.

today is the 3rd day in a row i've worn my new mission workshop bag.
i stuffed it full of t-shirts when i got it tuesday and have literally worn it everywhere i've gone, so hopefully it'll get some shape and get broken in some.
i'm leaving for minneapolis tomorrow and then will be in northern california the following week.
....seems like this is going to be the perfect bag for traveling....

today I got the angora shoe inserts I ordered. Put them in my Tobruks and they work great. Super comfortable without socks on and they give my high arches the clearance they need in kind of a narrow shoe.

Bikes: BMX, fixed gear

The nail of the toe I messed up playing soccer is acting weird. It started growing in faster, so I just cut it. Now its leaking blood plasma, but not actually bleeding. Not sure if I should be worried/see a doctor?

And as of this morning, I have a coffee date with yet another girl that I've been talking to for a little bit. Life is looking up on that end.
