Ew.

Today I rest, after blowing up on last night's WPH. My body's way of telling me I need a day off the bike.

Best ten bucks I've ever spent.

Bikes: looks like a specialized crux now

was sitting on the front porch yersterday, when someone said "this is cycling weather, and they walked off. soon as they where out of eye site, it was raining side ways." I am kinda glad I stayed home with my oatmeal creme pie.

and I got my computer fixed today.

Holds my kilo like six feet up in the air so the caad can sit under it rather than next to it.

For what it's worth, the top button on my 5 barely works.

Also, I totally sold plasma in college. I highly suggest eating a sandwich or something before you go in, your blood will pump faster. I used to be able to get in and out in less than an hour. I used the money for beer and vinyl.

getting a basic cyclocomputer, wireless Cateye Strada. deciding whether or not the digital is worth the extra cash. reviews are decidedly mixed.

Today I changed the bar tape on the 930 and went with something other than black and am pleased with the look. Also got in 40 miles.
