Bikes: Bike Count: Rising.

Ok, good thing I wasn't embarrassed. Had to do it out of necessity.

Today I got tricked by the sandwich shop I regular for lunch during work weeks. I told them regular mustard instead of Dijon. Got back to work and had to mask the Dijon taste with jalapeno chips and bottled root beer. Man life is rough.

Today I got a flat. Also I am becoming increasingly apathetic about my university studies. It's my last semester of undergrad and I regret almost every choice I've made in my collegiate years.

That's kind of how I feel now man. ****. I feel like I should just drop out and ride bikes for the rest of my life with the choices I've made. Oh well.

Today I rode my bike through cold ass rain and strong ass winds.
Worst weather I've experienced on a bike so far.

I don't like it. I need low profile wheels and some damn gloves!

Switched my beater bike ratio to 48-19 and skidded around everywhere.

Today I worked (it feels good to say that again), and did entirely too much drinking with Kaz and some friends during karaoke. I have to he up for work in four hours and I'm pretty buzzed. It's gonna be a looooong day.

Calv, you gotta come out here and rage/ride with us. I have a pull out couch with your name on it, as long as you aren't allergic to cats.

I won't ever go back to horns. If you use brakes, your choices are bar ends and/or cross levers (both of which I don't care for). The extra reach from a bullhorn usually means you need a short stem which can affect your handling... I use to LOVE bullhorns, but now I realize they just suck.

Dude, I hate to admit it, but that's EXACTLY what I'm allergic too LOL. Kind sucks because a lot of people seem to be cat people around here!

Ah well. That's what medications for lol.

I can understand that. I like them because the ends give great leverage for climbing; if where I ride wasn't so hilly I would stick to compact drops or risers.

Where do you ride? Group ride tonight, meet at Jewel Box 7pm.

I like my horns. I find them comfy and I like the different hand positions. Plus they look *****in'.

I usually ride in the 'burbs (5-10 west of Downtown). I will occasionally ride out to Forest Park for some circuit work.

I think it's more like converting everyone to compact drops. I'm a convert and a happy one.
