Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Today I bought a new hat, went to six different stores looking for shoes but couldn't find any I liked that were within budget, and realized that I've become a cynical bastard. Something needs to change in my life.

Today I played in our annual trumpet-trombone football game. Killed it! won 35-7 in the rain and mud and cold. Great time

Today I saw this face on this competitivecyclist box while cleaning out the garage. I instantly remembered that I had made a "Special Handling" request when I placed the order. I can't remember 100% what my request was (it was over a month ago) but it was either "Please draw a portrait of your favorite coworker on the box" or "please draw a portrait of yourself on the box".
I can't believe I almost missed this masterpiece!!! I'm not the one that wrote Skippy. So world, I present to you Skippy from Competitive Cyclist.

ha that reminds me of the funny requests people make to their pizza delivery driver like "don't look at me in the eyes"

Car salesman's will do anything. A podcast I listen to occasionally does prank calls, and they convinced one to give them his underwear. They'll hand wash the car in front of you before you buy it, in fact.

Today I drank liquor, ate tacos, yelled a mix of encouragement and insults, rang cowbells, got sand all over myself, and froze my balls off. Anyone wanna guess what I did?

We have a winner! It was the last race of the season, and I went to support Misskaz, her husband, and some other friends. In two weeks there's another race, but it doesn't count for anything. "Season Afterglow" I believe they're calling it. I plan on putting my FW and rear brake back on, slapping the biggest dirt tires on my bike that'll fit, and doing my first race.
