awwwwwwww.

This was my pet last year:

Squirrels live in the eaves above my room.

Today I knocked out two finals like a b0$$. It's sunny and still outside so I might go for a ride later. Still fighting my fore/aft setup.

That's a big boy up top, looks like he's ready for the winter. The guy in the tree looks pretty hefty too. Just be careful that you keep them happy. Hungry squirrels around SoCal get pretty aggressive.

Yeah, we've been watching them really pack on the weight over the past few weeks. I'm pretty sure it's a mom and dad. They had babies earlier this year that we watched grow up and recently move out on their own.

So wait, scrod has gay squirrels outside his house? Just make sure they don't get in the house squirrels can cause a lot of damage.

Today, I nearly got right hooked by some loser in a white ford super duty while on my road ride.

Today I got some very rough sketches from my tattoo artist for my next piece. She's booked until February, but we had a consultation a couple weeks ago and she just emailed me some sketches to make sure she's on the right track with the design. It'll be a full color half-sleeve, featuring this awesome guy who I'm already in love with:

Tattoos are kewl but I have no idea what I would get a tattoo of if I ever got a tattoo. Plus, I can only get half sleeve 'coz professionalism in my future industry.

I want to be a teacher, so I'm in the same boat. I have two, and the one is a little far down, just below my elbow on the inside of my forearm. Thats the only one that I'll ever get that far down. Got the next few planned for the calves/inside of my upper arms.

Seriously. Angie is a well-respected, professional photojournalist and most people she works with don't even realize that 75% of her body is completely covered with tattoos.

Dude, offices have a/c. Don't be a *****.

Today, a friend disappointed me. Again. *sigh* Whatever. The friends that actually care are good to me. Maybe it's time to turn away from some of the people I consider friends that don't seem to care.

In other news, my band is going to get featured in one of Chicago's most respected music rags.

Except last summer where I interned... when the first floor stole all the AC from the second floor (me) and the second floor stole all the non-existant AC from the third floor where all the giant FEA/CFD computers were. Not to mention the three walls of windows. Was like a sauna after lunchtime (ahhh the food coma!). Swampbackin' it all day, every day.

I see. I've only worked in an office for like a month, and it was in the winter. I'm not familiar with that. I'm used to 110 degrees on a cold day ya know? Different worlds man. I often forget that people can't have tattoos and piercings and purple mohawks while in management haha.

Office work blows... but I guess I didn't really enjoy the projects I worked on last summer either. That was probably a big part of it...

I think office work would definitely be more fun with more tattoos/piercings/mohawks.

But seriously, there is a guy in one of my glasses with a green mohawk and I can't help but wonder what campus recruiters think when he shows up to a career fair with green spikey hair...
