He has just been a really big dick recently, and since I don't put up with his nonsense he is floundering and making up lies, except everyone involved knows he's lying. I'm really amazed by my patience in this situation though, I think most people would have beat the crap out of him by now.

The last time I had a non-conjugal roomate was 40 years ago. The first thing I did when I got my first serious full-time job was get my own apartment. It was tiny, but it was mine.

Only to revert to smoking, drinking, eating meat afterward? I am curious if he is going for a long term change or some BS 1 week fast that does nothing

It could be a long term change. I do hope to kick some of these habits, but calling this an attempt to quit attaches connotations of failure if I don't. I believe that when the body is balanced, healthy, and not being fed BS, it stops wanting BS.

edit- And coffee is definitely not good for you.

Today I had an awesome pastrami sammich and some good ol' street food.

This whole NYC trip has basically been eating.

Made some tools tonight. A very ugly but functional pin spanner and hook spanner for the cup/cone Sugino 75 bottom bracket I just got. Also made some flip tabs for my new MKS stream pedals.

"out for delivery" since 7:44am..... since i live in ghetto ass condo's and dont want my packages stolen, i wait for them to come, or they leave it at the door. that being said, cleared my day of things to do so i could wait. Their delivery window is 9am to 8pm....

**** you FedEx... **** you....

that being said..... got some track dropouts that im going to toy around with.... should be neat if things work out...

Ah FedEx... all too familiar

Today I:

Drops + Cross... Didn't make it to the LBS to pick up bar tape, but that will keep me busy tomorrow. Super exited about the new setup.

Yeah, I've had a package "Out For Delivery" since Friday morning at 11:30. Still don't have it. I want my new tights, dammit!

First ride back home from work at ~9 PM. Glad to say that this jacket is a god-send.

Now all I need is a new/bigger bag AKA MW RAMBLER to carry more stuff in it.
