I actually don't know cuz I don't own a cyclocomputer and haven't mapped it. My guess would be somewhere in the 35-36 mile range. Lots of stoplights in the first 1/3 of the ride.

I rode it z2/3 according to my HR, or about <10bpm under a max effort for a 2hr interval. In layman terms, I rode it at a pace that was ever so slightly uncomfortable. Once the sun came up and I warmed up though it was very enjoyable.

They made a mug for him, with his picture on it as a "hey, you're an awesome rider" kind of thing.

Hint: Alejandro=Jandro

youth, it is so beautifullll

misskaz 02-22-12 01:30 PM

Today I had lunch at Ruth's Chris thanks to the lunch special for Chicago Restaurant Week. The mushrooms sucked, but the petite filet (doused in butter) was amazing. The glass of malbec may have been a bad idea; now I'm so sleepy I don't know how I'll get through an afternoon at my desk.

Adulthood, it is so beautifull!

Lol, comparatively I am eating pre cooked frozen chicken wings since I spoiled my girlfriend and myself all weekend :|

Payed off my credit card and some of my crank debt.

I've decided not to buy a 7710 bb until my cranks are completely paid off. I want to keep them new, just in case something happens, I'll be able to move them quickly. I really should've waited until I had the cash, but I found them online, in the US, and with chainring marked down from track supermarket prices. I had to get them.

I'm in class and I have to work tonight. Tomorrow I'm excited because a couple of betties want to climb with me tomorrow for the first time. My friend crushes me in strength, so he's going to make me look like a chump. I'll be around to joke with the ladies while he impresses us though, so I guess I win.

Planned a trip to SF this friday for Tulipmania at PIER 39 with a special someone. Anyone have any nice recommendations for things to do? Staying the whole day and only requirement is that it has to be safe.

Special someone's usually like chocolate & shopping; maybe a ride on the historic tram down the embarcadero & market to union square then followed by cable car ride to ghirardelli square/ fisherman's wharf?

Do you think it would be better to drive over or ferry over from Oakland?

Hahahaha. Thanks, Jesse. Leuky, I (and the other two guys, Adam and Dan) went on all 6 Rapha Cycle Club-lead rides over the Festive 500km Challenge, including a 106mi century. For that, we got mugs made with our caricatures to be displayed in the Cycle Shop. We will be getting our own as well.

Today I: accepted an offer to join a fellow WPH:SF rider and his teammate on the MASH NAHBS TT race to Sac. 71mi, fixed. Should be ****ing awesome; I'm stoked.

Ferry from Jack London all the way. It's pretty breath taking if you decide to sit out doors on the upper level of the ferry and feel the wind in your face, plus you get a up close and personal view of the bay bridge as approach and eventually you go under it.

Today I finally fixed my flat tire, only took 2 weeks. My bike looks weird going from 35c tires to 25c tires.

Review of it when you get it please. Looks similar to the Magicshine stuff.

Found our new polo spot. Bonus: I've got an in with the city's Parks & Rec administration, so we might be able to make it permanent. It'd be freakin' awesome if we could paint some lines on it.

Also I was riding along on the bike path, tires FULL of mud from my failed mountain bike session, and ate total **** trying to take a hairpin turn way too fast. First time I've crashed my bike since I was a teenager. There were 3 feet of skid marks from my bike sliding sideways, it was hilarious.
