That's pretty rad, except for the wasted tires bit. Don't wanna follow him too close in the paceline.

I hear you. They aren't that bad now that I think about it though.

Today, I came home to find caramel apples on the table! Of course I took the largest one and immediately a LARGE bite out of it to find out I had just fell for the caramel coated onion on a stick trick.

As I... okay, let's be honest here, I did something to provoke this. Karma's a *****. And the lasting taste of onion in your mouth just adds insult to the injury.

Anyhow, she knows me like a book, there was only 1 onion in the batch and it was the largest one; knowing I always take the largest portion, I voluntarily fell into her trap.

I just laughed.

Today I got to play some indoor soccer with a few friends. Its been too long, I suck. And I finally get to go home in a couple days and get my bike back, its been way too long for that too.

xavier853 02-29-12 09:21 PM

Today was the worst. Got stood up and I got a parking ticket to top it off.

D: Some people are just ****ing rude.

hamfoh 02-29-12 09:34 PM

today I got a ticket, along with 3 other people in my group, for going through an empty redlight.

i didn't have my ID on me, but I remembered my license number, which I thought would help me... nope, ticket. I was hoping he was just making sure I didn't have priors.

gave me the bicycles want to be part of the road but don't respect the road speech. funny how I'm only treated like a car when I do something wrong :D

I KNOW I'm at fault, what I did was stupid, but F()#@*)(@k, don't be afraid to give me a warning.

TheRealFaux 02-29-12 09:40 PM

need to fill out those quotas before the end of the month

hamfoh 02-29-12 09:42 PM

he's the same guy who tries to find out where CM is going. I've seen him arrest 3 people since October.

He gave an entire bike shop ride tickets yesterday, he was able to tell us, as he wrote ours

hamfoh 02-29-12 09:59 PM

I'm also wondering wtf is up with my strava/garmin. told me I elevated 300ft today, meanwhile a guy using a different app and doing the exact route did 1400...

I don't think I'm going to buy another macbook anything. It sure is pretty, but I'm not really impressed the quality of the computer itself. All laptops nowadays are made using the exam same parts, no point in paying the apple tax.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Toshiba+...&skuId=3868228

That is most likely the winner in my book. Its spec'd similarly to the cheapest mbp, but about 400 dollars cheaper and has a SSD, which is good since I carry this thing around everywhere.

and for the record... ubuntu>mac osx>windows

Leukybear 02-29-12 10:36 PM

Ultrabooks.... me gusta. All that's missing is the convenience of numerous easily accessible outlets that serve as friendly retail, service, and repair...

Seriously, what do you do when something within your ultrabook goes bad? Laptops are hard to work on as is...

MBA 1.7 with lion. You won't regret it, seriously.

If it had a disk drive, I would try to **** it.

We got some bikes back from the insurance! They weren't in as bad of condition as bad as I thought. They were smoke stained and scuffed from being thrown over and things falling on them, but we had some cleaner that cleaned them up pretty good. They ended up giving back my Pake, my Scrambler, my dad's Felt cruiser, and his Schwinn cruiser. They ended up keeping my dad's 2 Kleins, his Scott Speedster, my mom's Klein, and her 1965 Schwinn. All of those got a little burnt up and charred by the flames, but the insurance company said that they will try and restore them. They said they had some special cleaners that would take care of it. Lets see what happens. :thumb:

Bought on credit. I'm not rich. I'm pretty responsible though. I made sure I read the terms and I realize how bad accrued interest will **** me. I'm selling the bike before I go into debt. Sad, but true.

Today I found out my exam started 30min earlier than I believed (my fault, derp). Prof. was cool and I get to take it tomorrow. At a coffee shop pulling an allnighter since being in public usually keeps me up. I'm listening to Umphrey's McGee, Mantis, on a genius playlist. I ordered a 16oz dark with a shot. Black.

I'm on adderall and procrastinating. I'll play nice if you guys do the same.

Put pics of your new place up, man. I just moved and I love the feeling. Even though moving boxes upstairs sucks.

You better have a legitimate reason to take it aside from staying up to cram. :p

Marketing exam. I lucked out and got to talk to someone after they took it since I'm making it up. She was practically in tears. I lucked out not taking it at the scheduled time.

The guy's class herpaderp. It pretty much is **** ton of info on powerpoint and text, and he just bull****s in class and talks about raccoons and keebler elves. I really wish I could say I am making this up. Tenured professors (not hating) seem to lose their motivation, but not this guy. Super enthused, but teaches awfully.
