Today I was recognized by two young dudes at the airport on a layover in Charlotte who were customers of RG and we shot the **** about bikes for a while. Then Angie and I ended up sitting next to chef John Besh on the plane from Charlotte to West Palm Beach and talked about a whole bunch of delicious southern food.

Today I had to ride my SS MTB around since I don't have time to fix my fixed gear until the weekend. Its kind of nice though, its a lot slower but still enjoyable.

Today I am afraid to admit it,
but the last couple weeks of some of the most intense brakeless riding I've ever done has toasted my godddamn knees.
