it varies every year, but they do make sure to have some monster climbs in a couple stages. Cali has some real climbing fosho.

and my "idiot" remark wasn't direct towards doing those climbs fixed (which deserves a bravo), but mainly towards riding down mountains brakeless.

no thx.

Yesterday I was sitting in the library reading and this couple (high school) comes and sits in the loveseat right next to me. They just sat there, and in mumbled tones asked each other questions.

"What classes are you taking next year?"
"I only had a couple C's..."
"What should we do?"

The last one was said more than once. Each time it was met with a short reply of about a sentence or two. One of the most awkward situations I've ever been in.

The weirdest part was they sat for a good hour and a half.

Today I: Tried to install my fenders, only to realize that the provided bolts in the fender kit (and the bolts holding my rack) are not long enough to accommodate my fenders AND my rack. So I went to Lowes to buy some new bolts. I hope they are the same thread pattern as my existing nuts. The eyelets are stripped which sucks.

And, I went to replace my cog, only to find out that it is frozen to my hub. Now I know to always grease my threads. If anyone has any ideas on how to take off a frozen cog, please provide some insight.

HTFU?

Today I worked on my day off. Met with purveyors, made vegetarian bone marrow, got new plugs for my ears, and put in around 25 miles. Pretty ok day.

Vegetarian bone marrow?

If it is any decent substitute for adding flavor into soups count me in.

It's not a flavor thing. It's more tromp l'oeil than anything. Mushrooms and such, ya know?

Mmmmm want.

*Marvels at how cinelli is going to probably usurp more of my hard earned money in such a way that coincides with that frame being launched with a exorbitant price point

Holy Moley! I'd go nuts on 15¢ wings. I just recently found a joint in town with 25¢ wings during all Blazers games, so pretty stoked on that. Dunno their rate on Miller, $2 tallboys of Old German tho.

I ate 41 wings. I coulda/woulda kept going but we ran out and we weren't about to wait another 45 minutes for another batch.
