Now that I think about it, I don't really eat a lot of plants and I actually eat rice on occasion. I eat out often and my meals rotate around burritos, burgers, pho, deli sandwiches, japanese/chinese/hawaiian rice plates and sushi so whatever vegetables I ingest come from those.

Today I had a great, uneventful ride. May have something to actually put in a certain thread soon.

This doesn't sound that good. You need more veggies/ fiber in your diet.

I wish I could train my butt to poo @ 7am. I thought I could after last food poisoning. I was totally cleaned out then the morning after my first meal dropped logs in the pond before work. Very next day I was back to afternoon poos. Soooo annoying

Today I found a Mash t-shirt at Goodwill. It was 2 bucks, so I thought "Why not?" Also found a cool antique desktop book shelf thing. Thrift stores rule.

I poop every morning before my morning shower. Sometimes I'll poop before my afternoon ride. Sometimes I'll poop after my afternoon ride.

Today I took one poop and went for an afternoon ride.

took delivery of the Nature Boy today. about 3/4 of the way together. decided to go fixed from the box on this one. took off the stock 16t freewheel and put on an 18t cog because it was handy. 42:18 will be easy for the trails and hills on the way to work, but it'll be some serious spin practice on the way home. should be a nice ratio for my first year of winter commuting though.

on a roll, i threw a cog on the other side of the Pake's hub and will run it fixed tomorrow.

Not bad food but sounds like low in fiber and probably many grains. Green is good for you and water is natures lube.

Easy Steps to Plan a Poo:
1. Time your dinner so that you have a minimum of 8 hr stretch between meal and time of departure.
2. Drink plenty and plenty of water in the afternoon and before bed.
3. Make yourself a cup of coffee or tea and something to eat.
4. Poop
Simple as that
