It would be like a Chinese hot pot place, where you get all your stuff and cook it in the middle of the table, but instead of Chinese food, it would all be ingredients for grilled cheese sandwiches. There would be all kinds of nice cheeses, toppings, and a huge variety of breads, and even some a bunch of meat, and it would all be cut into 2"x2" squares, so it would cook faster, and you could have a variety without getting full to quickly. And you would cook it on a table centered griddle, and everyone would have their own spatulas. There'd also be soups and sauces for dipping.

Yeah, I'd eat there.

kinda like this?

Would definitely eat there. Sounds amazing, and you would have the perfect sort of place for the early stages of dating haha.

Today I'm back to school. Just got all settled back in to the apartment and did a bit of grocery shopping. Probably end up going and hanging out with a few friends tonight. Feels great to be back.

I like grilled cheese sandwiches. I would eat at this restaurant. Especially if you provide tomato slices.

Nagrom_ 01-06-13 03:56 PM

Tomato slices, aw yiss.

I want sliced black olives.

jimmytango 01-06-13 04:00 PM

I'd open it/eat there.

I hit a pedestrian today. I had a green light, she stepped off of the curb to cross. We were both fine, but she called the cops. When he got there, a car that witnessed it had come back to give a report. Pedestrian lady was being a **** to the cop, so he gave her a ticket for jaywalking and sent me on my way.

This is basically the melting pot, all theyd have to do is add a grilled cheese option on the menu

Too fancy/dbagy. I'd want it a lot more relaxed.

Dannihilator 01-06-13 04:58 PM

Today I got out for a fun 50 miles then cleaned the 930, it got a "little" dirty.

I would definitely eat at a place that specializes in grilled cheese.

jlafitte 01-06-13 11:03 PM

BADASS GRILLED CHEESES ON CIABATTA
Talleggio with Grilled Portobellos
English Cheddar with Sliced Cornichons & Fresh Tomatoes
Miti Cana with Pancetta
French Comte with Fresh Jalapenos

(menu from the place down the street)

Today I crossed the line between tough and stupid.

I, along with some fellow Wolfpack dudes, climbed Mt. Baldy. Some highlights:

-7 miles in: Hail.
-Avg temp: 39*F. Lows in the mid 20s.
-Freezing rain
-Snow
-Ice
-PITCH BLACK DESCENTS WITHOUT LIGHTS. "Yeah dude, we'll get back before dark."
-Getting picked up by a random Mexican family on the way down... in the dark... after flagging them down and asking them if we could follow them down the mountain using their headlights for ~4 miles.
-Did I mention it was ****ing cold?

Was this with LA Wolfpack people or friends from SF?

I once rode down from the highest point in Alta Dena during Christmas and my my body was going numb. I just didnt think I would need to wear anymore stuff than I did and I paid for it.

jdgesus 01-07-13 11:33 AM

If his wife's nickname was Mt. Baldy, you knew way too much about her grooming habits.

Leukybear 01-07-13 12:59 PM

Jandro, I am envious of you. :thumb:
