You bought something even though you didn't know what it looked like?

said it was slate grey or something and it looks different than the pic. of course I looked at it

calv 11-26-12 06:25 PM

I'd return it.

cali_axela 11-26-12 06:34 PM

Yup, returning stuff from Amazon is really easy. If it doesn't look like the pic, that's a fine reason to.

LesterOfPuppets 11-26-12 06:37 PM

Today I have been reeking of PB Blaster since about noon.

SS_Giant 11-26-12 06:51 PM

I might just hold on to it, the duct tape tweaker look might come in style here soon and i'll be ahead of all yall

cali_axela 11-26-12 07:25 PM

Unless it cost less than a spent roll of toilet paper and a foot of duct tape, you should still return it :p

SS_Giant 11-26-12 08:02 PM

ha come to think of it its more wrapping paper tube sized, so its def going in the keeper pile. wrapping paper is like 6.99 at walmart, its a recession?

Dannihilator 11-26-12 08:11 PM

Today I got in a decent 30 miles and am ready for the crud fest tomorrow.

Today I put my liberated risers on my bike. Just have to go and get myself some grips here tomorrow. Kind of excited to finally try a pair of risers.

Nagrom_ 11-26-12 08:42 PM

I sold a pair of risers today. $20, woot.

Yours were probably nice-ish though. These things weigh like 8 lbs. Woof.

Never really been much of a fan. I have some risers as well but they just collect dust.

But that is because I want to feel like a track star when i am rolling through campus.

Today, I am debating if I should put on my Nitto Noodles instead of the FSA Wing Pro's (with hoods) on my Kagero if I can find a brake lever that fits on the middle part of the bar.

hairnet 11-26-12 09:23 PM

It'll probably look better with the Wing Pros

+them hoods

Today I'm pretty happy that I did not spend much for cyber monday; my only order was <$20 @ scroddikins.

Don't worry, I'm sure someone else will buy the risers.

As much as I hate the term butterface, I do agree.

I bought a plaid wool bowtie tonight and like it. When we got home, my wife handed me a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for about five years. They fit again. I'm so stoked.
