Today I went to pick up a wheelset I won on eBay. The seller is some local guy all the way in South LA and I didnt expect much to happen. This guy turned out to be a huge C&V collector with all these parts I have wanted and more. I'm beginning a list of local C&V sources, maybe he will come across a hot frame in my size.

Today I got new shoes, got in a street ride on the dmr, had a doctor's appointment and got my first ever flu shot.

Congrats, Dan.

What prompted this. I've never had one and am in my mid-40s, sometimes I almost get convinced by scare tactics but never have done it.

I haven't gotten one in like 10 years or so. Its really not worth it, and all you have to do is eat right and maybe take some vitamins and you should be fine.

Certain thing's I'm not allowed to eat, because it will mess up my INR. Some of those things contain the vitamins that help prevent the flu.

Today I wished myself a happy belated berfday! Will be built up with 3T bars, stem, seatpost and a DA 7710 Crankset that I got for a steal ($76!). Haven't thought up the rest of the build yet.

I wish I had cycling in my life at your age. That bike seems like it's going to be pretty damn cool.

Today I am feeling restless and I have an urge to be physically violent - dont worry, just want to break stuff and wear myself out and vent whatever bottled up frustration. It's not helped by being here at work and doing customer service.

Not as awesome as it seems, It's really hard to buy bike stuff without a full time job. If I didn't sell the Spicer this build would not be possible. The triple triangle will be missed though.

I was pretty sedentary up until senior year when I joined a crew team. I was on a robotics team then too but oddly I was one of the few that were not also athletes.

The majority of my robotics team was morbidly obese.
