Today I:
I only use it for 50mi+ rides. It helps.
Sad: I've only ever actually used this stuff on cow udders... well, that and my hands. The cow udder/taint connection should never be made, however, so if I ever do go with chamois cream, it will be some overpriced stuff marketed with blatant phallic symbolism.

Rode 12.8 miles at lunch. In boxer shorts, not a good look there on my part. ow.
That is not that far, but months ago 5 miles killed me. Getting stronger, slowly.

Looking at your strava profile, I can totally understand that mentality as you ride (or at least record) < 20mi/week.
Try riding for a couple hours at a time and you'll find out very quickly that a chamois and chamois cream are the best things ever invented for your taint/ass.

With school and work i'm lucky if I even get one ride in on the weekends. If you checked my profile you must've seen my longest ride was 75.9 mi. Got lost and was in the saddle for nearly six and a half hours came home and taint soreness level was minimal. Sitting on my couch I barely felt like I even rode.

sure but that's not the point. the point is that at that pace chamois isn't really needed since the friction isn't that intense just prolonged. I'm not criticising just pointing out that chamois is good for a kind of activity that you don't experience often/never so you can't really judge.
Good to know you're acquainted with his taint.
Nope, that's how.

I'm completely sickened over what happened in Connecticut.

I just heard about the shooting. I wonder what will get blamed this time...

The metal thing cracks me up. Always amongst the first things to be blamed, when it's really a mental disease issue.

Me too, but what's worse is how tragedies like this are becoming more frequent and even common now. The KC Chiefs murder/suicide, the shooting in Oregon and now this mass shooting in a fricken elementary school. The frequency is truly frightening. It's horrifying.
What? I purposely avoid the news so that I'm not depressed all of the time. Kind of like how I avoid certain people because they depress me. It works.
By the way, I wasn't trying to make light of this. I feel that it's tragic, and rather sickening that we live in a society where a 27-year-old can remember four school shootings (including college/university) in his lifetime off of the top of his head.
I just think that it's complete bull**** that games, tv, music, movies, and books get blamed. What about people just being ****ed in the head? Wanna hear something else that bothers me?
Black or Latino dude shoots someone? Menace to society and/or gang member.
Shooter was Middle Eastern? Terrorist.
White guy? He either played the wrong video games, listened to the wrong music, or has a mental disorder of some sort.
How is that fair?
Listen, if you get a gun, walk into a school (or anyplace, really), and start shooting innocent people for whatever reason, you are a severely ****ed up individual. Race, creed, social status, musical taste, what you do with your free time... These things have very little to do with the fact that you are not ****ing right in the head.
****.
I'm gonna go hang out with Basil Hayden for a while and go to bed.
I can't sleep, so I'm adding another thought to this:
Why is it that when a couple of kids die from drinking too much 4Loko it gets banned within weeks, but we have had a ****load of mass shootings and getting your hands on a gun is still pretty goddamned easy?
