Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I always kind-of liked the Cayenne, but that's probably because it reminds me of Halle Berry and Pierce Brosnan.

True. But, to paraphrase what one Porsche designer said in an interview: Yes, the design of the 911 hasn't changed much over the years...neither has the design of the ideal beautiful woman.

The Cayenne was badmouthed before the Panamera?

What kind of place is this?

There's nothing wrong with any Porsche.... well except for notoriously ****ty handling in performance roadsters/ coupes... nothing wrong with the cayenne and panamera, I would drive them.

This is incredible!

Porshe! Wtf lol

Turned a racing bike into my commuter bike. If i cared about cycling ethics, then i would remain riding my carbon fiber road bike* in the city. Mostly i wanna have fun and cheat my car loving society.

*full lycra, road shoes, cycling glasses, under seat bag, etc.

Ps riding a cheaper bike was also a goal, and the price was ridiculously right! ;D

i love the bike and i think it's great as a around town bike. i like it better with drops, even better with road bars and hoods but it's your bike so whatever.

Bar choice is something im not very familiar with personaly. I know the styles, yet have only real experience with road drops which seem the most flexible having more hand positon options. I just want to try somthing different.

Cheers

I like it, and who cares if you're just taking it out to buy a bag of spinach and a quart of milk.

I wanted one of those since Carleton was trying to raffle off a frame last year.
Carleton are you going to try that Felt TK2 (?) raffle ticket fundraiser again this year?

No. The raffle never happened. There were legal concerns. I forget the exact reason, but it's not legal to sell raffle tickets with out certain permits or conditions. It becomes like a lottery or something. It wasn't worth potential legal drama.
