I'm fairly new to these boards, so maybe this isn't the appropriate place for such a posting- I can move this if it's better suited someplace else!

I'm coming to visit NYC in a little over a week and wanted to borrow a fixed gear for the short time that I'm there. I called around to several bike shops near where I'm staying, but none of them rent fixies (or rent bikes at all), and that's what I'm most comfortable riding.

I thought I'd post here to see if anyone in or near Brooklyn has an extra bike they'd let me borrow while I'm in town? I'd pay for the time that I had it, of course!
