You always do that, haha. I usually don't care, but you did it twice in a row.

Had to say something.

Did your friend happen to have a Craigslist listing one or two weeks back? I wanted to buy this guy's black zen chainring, but I didn't want to drive all the way to Brooklyn for it. I'm second in line for a chainring if Nagrom doesn't want it.

Should I trust chinese carbon products? I wanted to get a carbon fork I like the look and paintjob. Reviews say it is good quality. It comes with a warranty and everything, but is should I take the risk of it breaking etc.

Go for it, just becasue china carbon is cheap doesn't mean that it's dangerous. Not to mention the vast majority of carbon forks name brand or not are made over in the orient already.

Also I just got some nitto b127s should I go with track grips or a partially wrapped bar? Im comfortable on really any grip, like I like bare metal but that doesnt look right, so its simply for aesthetics.

They recently sold out of the listing, but they said a new listing of them should be up soon.

I'm on a chinese carbon frame.

So far, I'm still alive. And the frame is awesome.

What should i make next, SSCX or roadie?

i feel like id get more use out of a road bike especially since itd be a winter project and probably be done by spring, but cx is awesome.

cx would be built around an on one pompino

roadie im kinda clueless about but im pretty sure i dont want crabon, less than $1k for a complete

Suggestions on the road front would be great since i dont know my ass from my elbow

Bikes: Geekhouse Deerfield, GT Edge Ti, Spooky Skeletor, TET Track, Ritchey P-650b, Bridgestone MB-3

i built my on one because i wanted a fenderped fat tire commuter for my future life in seattle. previously, i was commuting on my TET and GT which weren't ideal from a fenderpability and cost perspective.

but if you have something to fill the commuter role already, i'd def go for a road bike.
