Chain help
i recently upgraded the the cog on my new mercier kilo tt, it was a 16t and now i have a eai 17T installed (https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWNX:IT).
but now the chain is too small for it, what size chain do i get now? because when i put on my rear tyre, it wont let me pull the chain back to make the chain not loose. HELP PLEASE?!?!

By "too small" do you mean it doesn't fit onto the cog's teeth? If so, you've got a 3/32" chain on a 1/8" cog.
If your chain is the right width but too short, you need to either add a link or buy a new 1/8" chain.

so the 3/32" chain is smaller than the 1/8"? and the chain cant even move because its hitting something and if i try to pull it, it doesnt move. Once hooked onto the chain, its already tighten.. and the wheel cant move at all. oh yeah im not even sure what size chain i have on the mercier

yes. 3/32" is smaller than 1/8" Chains are meant to be used with certain size cogs (i.e. 3/32" chain works with 3/32" cog. 3/32" refers to the width of the cog's teeth). you can use a 1/8" chain on a 3/32" cog if necessary, but not the other way around.
you may want to take it to your local bike shop or have a friend who knows a little bit more about bikes take a look at it. this sounds like a peculiar problem.

The cog in the picture is 3/32, assuming that's what you got I'm going to say that the chain is too short, seeing as the drivetrain on the Kilo is 3/32.

I may be missing something but the cog he linked to is 1/8". The drivetrains on Kilos (among other things) have been known to vary - mine came with a 3/32" cog and chainring but had a 1/8" chain.
