Frameset clarification

So, I've been lurking and spelunking through the forums and I was looking for some clarification...

I realize from countless threads that nearly everyone here is a Kilo TT fanboy for a starter package, and with good reason in relation to components and price. But, I'm looking to use components that I have from a previous bike, and move them to a new frame (the frame that they are on doesnt fit me.) I was wondering what the differences in frames are between a stripper Kilo TT, a Mercier MTA (cheaper steel frameset), and an eighthinch scrambler V3.

Not really answering the question i asked... but it's all good. I already ordered a kilo frame late last night, and it will be here tomorrow, hooray for living in Texas.
