We most likely won't. A lot of other shops had a bunch pre-ordered before they came out and I kinda slept on it. Sometimes I'd much rather shoot myself in the foot than deal with hype.

There's a Coke vs. Pepsi thing going on here I think.

where can you buy a kagero anyway? is it half the price of the Mash?
weird how the naked eye was able to make that distinction. i thought surely there was something I was overlooking. I read "more comfortable" and was suddenly more intrigued than normal (not a *huge* fan of the TT but love the Mash on other people), but nope. i'd hate to order from a place like mashsf to buy a frame, I'm pretty sure they just mark everything up 20% and then another 20%, but I guess a frame price is a frame price (it's just the principle!).
I guess $25 for new paintjob isn't too bad.

It is the same as the original Mash, ie, the one I have. There's a geo chart on google. "more comfortable" is totally relative to the "less comfortable" histogram.

Yeah, they really sprung these onto the market. Weird. Further enforcing Scrod's theory that they're just repainted 2009s

But yeah it's pointless to argue about this. The resemblance is acknowledged--patrick said so himself.

Hamish, I heard Mash reference the "Bolt" graphics when the Histogram graphics came out.
It's a shame the color is so similar to the Kagero, but seeing how they came out at close to the same time, I think it's just an unfortunate coincidence.

Not sure about the '09 theory as cinelli's, especially the MASH during release year, sell/ sold very well.... as I recall all cinelli '09 Alu track models ran out of stock.

I bought my frame at Mash SF (the physical location in SF), and the owner was SUPER nice. He also gave me $100 off the frame just because he's cool. He also doesn't look like he's making bank by any means... but who knows?

The Kagero would be a now brainer if it was a lot cheaper than the Cinelli's but I guess two companies have to eat off that frame so it makes sense. I love how it's not blasted with brand stickers though
