Just about the only thing worse than drinking a Busch beer is not getting drunk drinking a Busch beer. Busch Light is a ridiculous product IMO.

In other news, I sampled a fantastic Cabernet Franc last night from Tawse winery in the Niagara region here in Ontario. Delicious, but glad I wasn't the one who had to pay for it at $30/bottle

Seriously. You'd have to pay me to drink busch light. If it was down to either drinking busch light or not drinking, I'd probably go with not drinking. Same goes for like Bud Ice, High Gravity and so on.

I'm craving some Red Stripe right now. Getting tired of this heavy Sam Adams variety pack stuff, I need something crisp and light.

hows that cream stout? i like their organic ale, which is sold @ a shop right down the street from me quite a bit, never seen any other varieties by that brewery though. And I love the shape of those bottles.


and for content, my palate seems to have decided that my cheap beer of choice is officially Hamms these days. We had a nice 10 yr run Pabst & Raineer, see ya later.

it's good. it's got a sweetness and "rum raisin" finish that makes it taste more like a Russian Imperial Stout. not what i expected, but i'd buy it again.

I really wish I was drinking this instead of nyquil for my perpetually swelling throat. Saranac makes damn good beer. Black Forest Lager is awesome.

This. I've called the police on people whom I see leave the bar I work at with car keys in hand. If you wanna get that sh*tfaced, walk or stay the **** home. That simple. Booze is cheaper from the store anyway.

This is why I do my drinking at home..friends stay on the couch if needed.

Copper Bell Lager

i think i have a thing for the random cheap lagers with nice design and packaging that i see popping up in places like Whole Foods, Trader Joes and ****.

Oh man this stuff is delicious.

Yup. I once had some clearance pumpkin ale from TJ's, a sixer for $2.50. I thought it would suck, but it was great. This was years ago and I still look for that beer at TJ's to this day.

But Whole Foods and cheap lager? Those two just don't go together. Cheap anything really. It's getting real in the Whole Foods parking lot.

They're cheap as hell here, in Italy.
