Blue Moon Valencia Grove Amber.
I'm a sucker for seasonal variety packs, like Sam Adams and Blue Moon. Sam Adams Holiday Porter and Chocolate Stout are both very good.
This Blue Moon is pretty good for what it is. Also a fan of their white ale.

I have some really nice friends...

Would have to say that the Indian continent has produced an amazing whiskey that simply delights you from beginning to end and simply begs for curry and spices to accompany it.

nothing exciting, but a reliable/enduring/strangely satisfying bottom shelf standard. referred to as "Old Overcoat". originally produced in Pennsylvania, now owned by the Beam collective.

The Amrut I was sampling last night is definitely top shelf and will be saving that bottle for special occasions... splendid stuff but not what I would normally buy due to the expense.

Currently flavored sparkling water (cheap at aldi). Last night I had the worlds most expensive PBR at the bar attached to the shows venue. ****ing $5 each. Outrageous.

That was the most expensive bar I've been to yet. And as it got later, and the start of the show nearer, they slowly jacked up their prices. And then after it was over, about midnight, they started lowering them again a little.

But...there's a new AYCD place in K-town. That ain't overpriced, haha.
For liquor, I usually go to the hispanic market or Bevmo. I've never seen Courvoisier or JW Black for $20 anywhere else, but they sell it for $17 sometimes at the hispanic market. Kind of ironic.

I like reliable and enduring... if you get across the border and can find Alberta Springs it will be money well spent as it is a middle shelf offering that really belongs on the top shelf. Cost is $27.00 here but prices vary by province due to different taxation rates.
