Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

My 'college beers' are High life, PBR, and Labatt. I just polished off a bit of Fireball I had in my freezer, then the few shots of Jameson I had, and when I head over to the party (in my apt complex, so not walking far at all) I'll bring my Labatt light with me. Can't wait.

Cheap red cask wine, the bottom half of the cask is considerably better than the first half ... I think

Lagunitas PILS Czech Style Pilsner and a Kona Longboard Island Lager. Felt like something a bit more on the refreshing and "session-y" side tonight.

I've been wanting to try some of Brooklyn's stuff but nowhere around here seems to stock them.

Just did a mini-vertical tasting of that stuff, 2011 and 2012. Lay down a few of those if you can, it definitely improves with age.

Bud Black Crown isn't terrible. Plus I got a handful of them, along with some platinums, for $1 each at a local grocery store in a mismatch bin.
