Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

My doctors have been trying to talk me into this for my back injury. I can't help but have doubts.

Mainstream science is starting to back up prolotherapy for joint issues. It can regenerate new tissue in an injured joint.

It's only about $250 a session and four sessions made a noticeable difference in my case. I can go about my normal business but probably am still less than 100%.

It's basically a series of shots along with some local anesthetic.

Crystal light is basically the same thing as diet drinks i.e. aspartame.

I drank about 30 of these this weekend.

I was a Molson guy when i lived in Toronto but growing up in New Brunswick it was Alpine , Schooner or Alexander Keiths... I drink very little sweetened drink anymore but even with aspartame, Crystal light i think is better than carbonated drinks...Just had a Pearl Vodka with appletini mix...Pretty good.

Doesn't feel like you're drinking a can of instant diabetes like most energy drinks. Not bad for 98 cents.

When I first moved west, I used to really miss Alexander Keiths. So much so that I would bring home some on every trip. My luggage is so much lighter now that it's stocked nationally. It's still my favorite IPA. Of course, you forgot to mention Moosehead, the other brew popular back in the Maritimes.
