Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Holy crap is this amazing (reasonably priced) bourbon:

(it's Old Weller Antique 107, if the linked pic dies someday.)

I like Woodford Reserve bourbon (sometimes on the rocks, sometimes neat), Yuengling Lager, Dos Equis Ambar, and just about any beer from Munich (Spaten, Hofbrauhaus, Paulaner, etc). Hoegaarden is a summer favorite. As for ciders, I occasionally like Magner's (Bulmer's in Ireland, where the nice folks in Dublin first showed this Yank that cider is not a girly drink, it's just a drink). I'll occasionally revisit my college days and get a slushie from the 7-11 and add vodka.

Pliny! I've had a total of 3 bottles in my life. Impossible to get in TN, but I've had friends hump it back from CA a few time.

The Enjoy By is always solid. I'm waiting on Unapologetic to make it to this side of the world. Stone never lets me down. I assume you have tried the Collective Distortion?

Smog City and Pizza Port are both new to me and will have to keep a lookout for anything from them.

I had Founders Devil Dancer, Green Flash Imperial IPA, I never pass these up on a tap wall. Wicked Weed Taketake (Farmhouse Ales are not really my thing) and a really god awful Bock from Foothills, and a gang of All Days this weekend.

Unapologetic is good, I still think Enjoy By is much better but I still liked Unapologetic & Collective Distortion. Smog City is a newer brewery from Torrance, CA they have two beers bottled at the shop but everything else is limited to on draft. Pizza port seems to be a bit easier to find in CA they have a few canned 6 packs. Green Flash Imperial is always solid, I love their double stout.
