Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I'm having a Left Hand Brewing Co. Milk Stout Nitro right now, got some Fat Tire Ranger IPA in the fridge.

I was never a fan of IPA's but have been really digging it lately. The more hops the better.

I have several cups of this every day so cut the coconut oil and butter in half... if you make it with chai you get spiced butter tea.

Virgin coconut oil is the best.

It is a favoured drink among low carb eaters... it adds highly digestible fats and makes coffee into a tasty meal.
