When you say slightly leave the cap ajar and put it away for 7 days is that in the fridge? Or let it sit for 7 days at room temperature?

Yep. Just cracked open the bottle I bought yesterday. $21 for a 750 of extremely drinkable bourbon. I'll take it over One of the best deals in the world liquor. Their rye is also really nice
