Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Oh man i forgot about Boulevard Brewing Co. I lived in KCMO in the early 90's for about 6 months and loved their Irish Ale and the Bully Porter.

I've been drinking lots of Hendricks and Bulleit lately. I'm a bit of an alcoholic, but I'm ok with that.

I actually prefer Bulleit over the few other bourbons I've tried so far... I'm a bit limited in bourbon experience. I'm going to have to try the rye, I've just been drinking the cheap stuff.

Natural-processed bean from Fazenda Santa Lucia, Brazil. Chocolatey, strawberry, little bit of a floral note. Panther roasters out of Miami. Brewed in a Chemex with Kone stainless filter.
