How close to bedtime do you have a cup? Does it effect your sleep?

I usually have 2 cups and am done with it before 11 am.

Some Mickey's, cause I'm trying to clean out my bowl of change and I hate myself.

Two TBSP's of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in your water. It'll neutralize the acid in your stomach and gets you some electrolytes, too.

Fresh squeezed lemonade.

If Morning Scott is lucky, Drunk Scott took two ibuprofen and drank a lot of water before going to bed. ;)



Also, drinking a Paulaner Oktoberfest at the moment. Just right for this time of year.

An old fashioned-ish thing made from Captain Morgan since I can't bring myself to just pour the remainder of the handle down the drain. Why did I buy this, again? Bleh.

Man, I don't hear the term "handle" a whole lot anymore. Maybe a generational term? Usually I hear "liter and a half" from the younger crowd, at least in these parts.
