I recommend the tacos al pastor or the cabeza (even though I've never been able to get a straight explanation of what part of the cow I'm eating)

Yes , but what part of the head is the taco made from? Inquiring minds want to know. I am pretty sure it is usually cheek meat but who knows

Once upon a time, in a land far away and a time long ago, a gentlecyclist named Scrod would hold court and counsel cyclists in the kit they needed to pursue their passion. In my foolish ignorance, I thought it might be this thread but, as happens periodically on this forum, it appears I was wrong, this thread is just a mob of silly barstewards being ... well ... silly.

When someone asks me a real question, I certainly provide real answers based upon my knowledge and actual experience.

On the other side of that same coin, when someone wastes my time asking me which [fill in the blank] they'll like better instead of simply using their cabeza...

Scrod, us old timers know this and respect you for it. That's why we are quite happy teasing you and being silly when the serious stuff isn't around.

Brainz? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabeza

I'd like a lengua burrito but the one truck that did it well doesn't come by my usual hangout anymore.

This one?

I think it's awesome. I'm not sure if I like it more than the Giro Pink version but it's even nicer in person.

The only thing I'm not very fond of is the "Vigorelli" text on the top tube.

Yes that one.

Do you have them in stock? I'm riding a 55 now, not sure if I should go with 54 or 56.

We received them yesterday.

Go for the size with the top tube length that comes closest to your frame.

my main question is transferring all my parts from my super pista. Is there anything that wont match up size wise? Im assuming the seat post is larger on the Cinelli

Everything should swap over without any trouble but yeah, you'll need a 31.6 seatpost.
