My bike needs a name!

So I just received my new Felt F75X for cruising around town with friends, and like the other bikes ridden in my gang it'll have a name. I need some input as to what it should be! Here's a picture for inspiration. :D

You should name it "Gunk" after all the crap you're going to be cleaning out of those DT shifter cables.

funny you mention, my touring bike has cables routed like that, and after 2000 miles its pretty gunk free :) even going off road!

It is a pet peeve of mine on cross bikes.

Have you considered buying some housing liner to protect the cables?

I'm thinking along the lines of the other bikes with these names: My all-black single speed is a Sputnik (also the model), a friends mix-and-match parts single speed is a Frankenstein, and another friends sky blue mountain bike is smurf. Dam that that last one is taken.

How bout "Smurfelt"! haha! (a play on Smurfette for those over 40 or under 20..)

You could name it after other blue things. Like blue balls. Yes, name it Blue Balls.

fixedgear80 10-04-11 10:05 PM

"The Blue Knobster"

GMJ 10-04-11 10:12 PM
