Velosolo 15mm aluminum alloy wrench
Anyone have any experience with this tool? I'm tempted to buy one for my flat kit, but it's expensive and I don't want to pay a lot unless I know it's reliably substantial. I've never heard of an aluminum wrench and wonder how well it does torquing track nuts.

I've read people had durability/strength issues with the titanium Paragon/Milwaukee bottle opener wrenches.
I currently carry a stubby ratcheting GearWrench, but I'm looking for something thinner/lighter. Thanks.

How is that better than one of these?
Either way, aluminum is strong material, they make bikes out of aluminum. Would I pay $24 for a 15mm wrench? Nope. It's maybe a few grams lighter than a regular combo wrench?

Your cog is slipping.
If you have a stubby GearWrench, you've already got a better tool. I've got one too. Is it really too big and heavy for you to carry around?

OK, you're all going to hate, but I carry my tube and tools in a Kreig seat bag and it's really packed tight. I worry about all the crammed tools puncturing the tube. This wrench looks flatter, smoother and lighter than the GearWrench.
I was just wondering if anyone had used it.

OP,
I dont have any experience with that wrench but if you're looking for something small and fit on a seat bag/jersey pocket you can look for this:

Aluminum may be strong enough, but it's not hard enough for a wrench. Same reason aluminum nuts, lockrings and cogs are not a good idea. Aluminum is fine for frames unless you crash a lot.

The velosolo tool is nice and pretty. It would be a fancy, occasional use item.
Even with 7075, it will eventually start rounding off the flats. The deep draw will help prevent that but one, quick slip and you could put a gouge in it and not be able to fit it over the nut.
Would have been nice if they put a replaceable, stainless 15mm insert into the alloy handle.
I have the Cutter Church Key and it's great because it has the 15mm box as well as a flat 15 on the other end. Good for pedals as well as wheels, beer popper and drilled for your water bottle bosses too. All that goodness for $10US....
