Yeah, it was definitely 'golden hour'. Since I started riding my bike, I no longer take for granted how beautiful my surroundings are. I'm very lucky to live where I do.

McCullough Rd, 1 mile, 8.5% average grade - pretty consistent, smooth, amazing piece of road. It's on the back side of Hawk Hill. You can integrate it into many routes (various "Headlands Loops").

sad thing is i have been wanting to do this ride since last year, cars or no cars. i imagine that climb is really fun fully loaded down

swapped the tim back to regular tires/tubes and i lost almost 1lb (rotate that weight)
