Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

About which of these 3 would you like information?
And which of these 3 categories would you guys say the Kilo TT AND the Kilo WT fall into?

I ask since the TT is so overwhelmingly recommended on this site as a decent starter SS/FG. I'm happy with mine, but am now wondering if maybe I should have gone more on the Road end (to each his own, right?).

I've read the WT is a Surly clone, but does that make it more Roadish, or Street-FGish?

TIA

PS-I love how these threads rapidly turn into gif/pic-wars.

Compare the geometry of the bikes you want to the bike you have to get an idea on how the bike might ride but a good long test ride is best.

Riding around like Graeme Obree all day gets old REAL FAST.

Naturally, some Italian hipster took it to the extreme back in the 1950's

More road bike would be like this:
