Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

What are you trying to accomplish with your question?

I thought maybe some helmet recommendations from people who ride a similar bike as me. Not looking for the most expensive thing possible like many road cyclists. Something affordable, comfortable and simple. Like fixed gear bikes.

But since there are only a zillion helmet on the market, something that would make me look like a hipster would do. I was being sarcastic with my previous post, of course I want to look like a hipster. I should say more like a hipster.

That's what passes for "legit advice"?
Is there a "get dressed for the day" forum that you have to check on before you leave the house?
