Any tall guys on Motobecane Tracks?

I'm 6'4" 205lbs, 35" inseem... I ride a older 61cm Lemond steel road bike and it seems fine so I didn't hesitate to order a 61cm Moto Track yesterday from BD. Reading a ton of Moto-related posts on here and there are so many references to 49cm - 54cm sizes, but I haven't seen anyone riding a big one... just wondering if there is something about this bike that people tend to go down a size, or if I should be ok with the 61 given my dimensions... usage will be as a fixed gear and around the city... probably should have posted this PRIOR to orderering :-)

Thanks
Jeff

I have a 58, usually ride 58s (and the occasional 55). feels fine. I'm right around 6' - your sizing seems right based on knowing nothing about your body

I too have a 58cm and usually ride 58's - and like hamfoh, I find the size common with the others.

Well the 61cm moto track has a 33.6 standover. So you will be just about perfect in that regards. And there is no way the top tube would be too long for you. Guessing you will even need a tad longer stem. So going smaller would of been a mistake.

Are you over 7'2""? If not, Mazama in Clydes has you beat.
